Effluent From Textile Industries

Description

SATKRITI-ETI is a mixture of various enzymes and aerobic as well as anaerobic microorganisms to be used in textile effluent treatment. The microorganisms and enzymes in SATKRITI-ETI rapid degrade general textile waste with emphasis on nonionic and an-ionic surfactants and their components, including aromatic and fatty acid. It specifically degrades the most common textile effluent having organic and nitrogen load generated in processes like desizing, weaving, knitting, wool scouring, bleaching, finishing etc.

Organic wastes of textile effluent contain a mixture of complex compounds, which have to be broken down to simple compounds before disposal.

Heavy metals in high concentration shall inhibit the enzymes activity in SATKRITI-ETI. The presence of chlorine can also inhibit the enzyme activity; hence the organic wastes should be neutralized before the addition SATKRITI-ETI.

BENEFITS

  • Breakdown of organic wastes to simple compound
  • Unique feature to create additional enzymes for continuous reactions
  • Reduce BOD, COD and odor
  • Reduces and liquefies solids
  • Safety in operation of effluent systems
  • Efficient and specific in action
  • Reduces process cycle time & ecofriendly, biodegradable
  • Nonpathogenic economical, safe to handle, store and apply
