SATKRITI-SCC contains mixtures of proteolytic, lipolytic carbohydrates enzymes and biodegradable low foam surfactant specially formulated for synergistic cleaning use on all surfaces like floor, dining area of restaurant and commercial kitchen.
Amylase present in SATKRITI-SCC will randomly hydrolyze adsorbed organic carbohydrates derivatives into soluble dextrin and oligosaccharide which are easily dispersed or dissolve in the washing liquor. SATKRITI-SCC contain protease will hydrolyze adsorbed proteins producing soluble peptides and amino acids which are readily dissolve and disperse in the washing liquor. SATKRITI-SCC contain Lipase enzymes has broad substrate specificity promoting the hydrolysis of a wide range of various adsorbed organic fats& lipids and producing free fatty acids and glycerol which are easily dispersed or dissolve in the washing liquor. SATKRITI-SCC has a neutral pH and contains no solvent, caustic or phosphate.
